Running a tournament day

Check-in, seating, the round clock, scores and standings, all from one laptop.

Updated Oct 31, 2026

Before the first round

  1. Open the control desk from your tournament’s page.
  2. Check people in by name, or show the room code so they check themselves in.
  3. Fill any empty seats, then start round one.

During each round

The board shows every table. Click a table to see its seats and scores, or to enter a game for a table without a phone. When every table is in, start the next round.

The round clock

The clock counts down from the time on each device: your laptop, the TV view and every phone. A laptop or phone set to the wrong time shows the wrong minutes, so check the time on your laptop before the day.

At the end

End the tournament to turn the standings into the final results. Print them, or show them on the TV view.
